[Bug] Multiple reliability issues: Remote Control not working, mobile app task completion failures

Bug Description
Why the fuck am I paying for this crap. Claude Code has officially gone to shit!!! 4.7 is crap. 4.6 used to be good and is now so so. Remote Control doesn't work. My Claude Mobile app has a 20% chance of completing a task. It's all gone to shit!
