[BUG] Issue with Claude Certified Architect Foundations Exam Submission

What's Wrong?

Initially Exam launching i faced some issue saying some error in launching the exam. At the same time I logged in my account with my friend laptop and exam got launched submitted the exam.
After submitting the exam confirmation mail i didnot get like i submitted the exam but in UI i was able to see exam submitted waiting for instructor review on friday evening around 5 o clock IST gave exam and submitted.
But today if i check the score is showing 0/0.

What Should Happen?

Expected should display the correct message Why the score is 0/0 or any wrong in the submission of the exam.
If exam not launching and submitted incorrectly means it should allow to retake the exam.

launch the exam . exam not loaded due to some error.
Gave exam from my friend laptop on friday
submitted the exam it was showing some instructor review on friday.
Monday Score is 0/0.
