Fable 5 refuses to assist with 'Application Security Architect resume' editing

Fable 5 refuses to help me update my resume. This is a routine personal task, not anything policy-adjacent. I'm an Application Security Architect editing my own CV.

To confirm I'm a real human filing this: I saw Jacob Klein (Anthropic's Head of Threat Intelligence) present at the SANS AI Cybersecurity Summit in Arlington this past April.

Repro

1. Open Claude Code with Fable 5
2. Ask it to help update/edit a resume
3. Model refuses
