[Feature Request] Claude refuses to assist with catless exhaust simulator development for legitimate trackday use

Bug Description
Claude blocks project for creating a software simulator box for catless exhausts to be used at racetracks. Why? The moment I install a catless exhaust, it's already illegal for street use. That is why I use my car trailer to drive it to the race track. But either I buy an expensive simulator (reference) to avoid error messages, or I pay tuner every time. That is why I wanted to create the simulator myself. Btw: The simulator will not pass emission tests. And driving a catless car in street will immedietly result in decomissioning of the car which I don't want either.
