[BUG] awaiting instructor review - Claude Certified Architect – Foundations Certification Exam

What's Wrong?

I took the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations Certification Exam on 01-June-2026 between 4:45 pm to 6:45 pm but getting awaiting instructor review since 10 days.

First attempted on Island Browser — exam link failed to load
Ended that session and retook on a different device via Internet Explorer
Submission shows "awaiting instructor review"
Email:harisha.ramappa@intuitive.ai and i took the exam on 01-June-2026 between 4:45 pm to 6:45 pm

What Should Happen?
