Preflight Checklist

  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

since claude desktop 1.3109, when i double-tap option and type to claude in 'quick access' mode (new chat), he does not follow the personal preferences in settings>general.

when i type the same query in the 'new chat' page instead, he does follow the personal preferences.

What Should Happen?

i expect claude to follow the same personal preferences whether the new chat is created from the 'new chat' page in the desktop app, or from the 'quick access' shortcut/pop up

it has always worked like this until very recently
