[BUG] quick access mode on osx resets model to sonnet

- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)

What's Wrong?
Claude Desktop started resetting the model to Sonnet for new requests via quick access. Previously, it used the last model selected in the conversation. At the same time, if you simply open a new chat in the Claude Desktop interface, the model is preserved.
What Should Happen?
Quick access must use the same model as normal new conversation.
