What's Wrong?

When trying to manipulate the Claude window on Mac OS, I can only drag/manipulate the window from the right half of the typical menu bar, the left half doesn't let me consistently click/drag to move the window.

What Should Happen?

Clicking and dragging in any region where there isn't/text icon in the top portion of the dialog lets me reposition the window.
