[Bug] Image dimension limit error persists across messages, requires session restart

Bug Description
the session tell about limit image (print screen) and bug the session, if i send another text message, repeats the same issues "An image in the conversation exceeds the dimension limit for many-image requests (2000px). Run /compact to remove old images from context, or start a new session."
