[Bug] Image dimension limit (2000px) error persists, blocking all messages

Bug Description
i keep getting this error, i asked claude to go to localhost web to look at design, i think it took some image or something and then it' stuck with this reply on every message now :
An image in the conversation exceeds the dimension limit for many-image requests (2000px). Run /compact to remove old images from context, or start a new session.
