[Bug] Image dimension limit error blocks all operations without actionable recovery

Bug Description
there is some ghost issue about 2000px images in context. if you accidentally drop a screenshot that is wider into a session, you start getting a "An image in the conversation exceeds the dimension limit for many-image requests (2000px). Run /compact to remove old images from context, or start a new session." error message, and can do NOTHING - you don't know what name of the image, you can not remove it with one click... and if youa re in a middle of a detailed speccing process, then it is the worst moment to compact. so you have to go into manual loop of trying to figure out which file under projects has this chat's logs, then open a clean session, ask it to read those sesssion logs and then continue. VERY BAD user experience, and a genuine feeling of loss of work. please fix ASAP.
