[FEATURE] Remember previous window size for Diff/Plan viewer in new Claude Code Desktop

Problem Statement

The new design is amazing but it is hard to view diffs and plans etc in the new sidebar. It always opens a smallwindow on the right side by default which is hard to read and having to resize it every time by dragging with mouse becomes frustrating.

Proposed Solution

Please let us allow right sidebar menu windows to remember the previously opened size when using diff or plan sidebar item.

Even better would be an option to open diff or plan in a floating window like the previous version allowed.
