Disable 'remember last model selection' for new windows

Currently, when I switch models with /model, new windows default to the last selected model. This is inconvenient — I'd like new windows to always use the global default model (set via settings.json), ignoring the previous session's choice.

Would be helpful to have a setting like "rememberLastModel": false to control this.
