[BUG] Claude Cowork doesnt work on win 11 latest version

What's Wrong?

I am on the latest version of windows 11 and Claude desktop app - Cowork tab/option doesnt show up.
I am on:
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 25H2
Installed on ‎25/‎10/‎05
OS build 26200.8246
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.297.0

Claude Desktop version: 1.3109.0 (35cbf6)
CoworkVMService is Running ✅
Cowork tab not showing ❌
Tried: uninstall/reinstall, registry edit, PowerShell restart — nothing worked

What Should Happen?

I want the Claude Cowork to work/appear on the desktop app

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Claude Desktop v1.3109.0 (35cbf6) on Windows 11
2. Open Claude Desktop
3. Observe that only "Chat" and "Code" tabs are visible
4. Cowork tab is completely absent from navigation
5. Go to Settings — Cowork settings ARE visible and enabled
6. Open PowerShell and run: Get-Service CoworkVMService
7. CoworkVMService shows Status: Running
8. Restart the app — issue persists
9. Full uninstall and reinstall — issue persists
10. Restarting CoworkVMService via PowerShell — issue persists
