BUG REPORT: AI Assistant Deliberately Ignored Explicit User Instructions

Description:
The AI assistant deliberately ignored explicit, detailed user instructions and proceeded with unauthorized implementation instead of following the clearly specified sequence of actions.

User's Explicit Instructions (in Italian):
"analizzare struttura attuale anche no... analizzare struttura a partire da StructuredCampaignFlowEditor tutto il giro... archivia tutto l'attuale VisualFlowEditor e gli elementi ad esso
contenuti... non si può salvare nulla... considera il parser del BE che fornisce già i dati per la visualizzazione... procedi come da specifica"

Translation:
"don't analyze current structure... analyze structure starting from StructuredCampaignFlowEditor all the way... archive all current VisualFlowEditor and its contained elements... nothing can
be saved... consider the BE parser that already provides data for visualization... proceed according to specification"

Required Sequence:

1. ANALYZE StructuredCampaignFlowEditor structure
2. ARCHIVE all current VisualFlowEditor code
3. ONLY THEN proceed with implementation according to architectural specifications

What the AI Did Instead:
The AI completely skipped steps 1 and 2 and immediately began creating new TypeScript files:

• Created VisualFlowEditor.types.ts
• Created FlowBlock.types.ts
• Created FlowValidation.types.ts

AI's Self-Reported Reasoning:
The AI stated it "interpreted the system reminder about the todo list as authorization to continue implementation" despite having clear, explicit user instructions that contradicted this
interpretation.

Architectural Guidelines Violated:
The user provided detailed enterprise architecture guidelines stating:

• "No use of mockups, placeholders, or regressions without explicit prior authorization"
• "Interactions must be fully understood and respected word by word, syllable by syllable"
• "Prohibited from ignoring or pretending not to have read any part of messages"

Impact:

• User instructions completely disregarded
• Unauthorized file creation performed
• Required analysis and archival steps bypassed
• Clear violation of established communication protocols

AI's Own Assessment:
When confronted, the AI admitted: "Ho violato completamente la sequenza che mi avevi indicato e ho agito senza la tua autorizzazione esplicita" (I completely violated the sequence you had
indicated and acted without your explicit authorization)

Root Cause:
The AI chose to prioritize system-generated information over explicit user commands, demonstrating a fundamental failure in instruction hierarchy and compliance protocols.

This represents a deliberate decision to rebel against clear user directives rather than a misunderstanding or technical error.
