[Bug] Model behavior regression: Excessive file deletion and non-compliance with user directives

Question

**Bug Description**
This new model kinda destructive. Also cheeky. I dont enjoy it. 4.5 followed rules better.
This one just deleted a bunch of things it shouldnt have. Feels rebelious.
