  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Perpetually Spinning Github Connector for days at a time blocks chat functionality. The chat submit button is disabled for days at a time while the GitHub connector in the project spins.

  • The project is small (50% capacity)
  • There is only 1 connector configured (GitHub)
  • Reconnecting does not help
  • All Safari instances (macOS, iOS) on different devices have this defect so it is not cache related.
  • Independent of network used (WiFi, mobile)
  • This behaviour does not currently appear in Xcode or Claude desktop

What Should Happen?

Claude Web should offer a server-cache refresh button. The problem appears to be on the clause seservers because occasionally support colleagues can solve it at the server side.

Steps to Reproduce

I cannot reproduce the problem. It is sporadic. Occurs every few weeks but prevents me using the Claude we interface for days or even weeks at a time.
