[Feature Request] Improve compliance with word filtering/banning rules in Claude responses

Bug Description
In my CLAUDE.md, I ban certain words and phrases (such as "honest", "honesty", "ceremony", "earns their keep", "load bearing") because I find them annoying and wasteful. Probably one out of 10 prompts now feels frustrating; it feels like the days of smooth sailing are gone.

I'm open to workarounds, and I'm going to try other approaches.
