[Feature Request] Improve prompt handling for UI redesign requests and reduce overconfident language in Claude responses

Bug Description
Opus get the UI incorrectly, and could not fix it comprehensively (which is okay, just need to prompt it better)

However, I have explicitly ask it to discard the current UI and redo it from scratch, but it does not seem to understand. Instead it's redo-ing the bug fixing process

It keeps saying the fix is definitive (which it should avoid - since Opus doesn't actually know if it's fixed or not, only a human can - unless there's chrome mcp invovle) - this is also a bad habit that make me lose trust
