For several days now, Claude Opus consistently ignores basic instructions. You claim 4.7 is the best model every released for following instructions and yet it consistently violates strict behavioural policies in CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md and hard enforced in skills. It has regressed to a point where it's pretty much unusable for any coding exercise. Perhaps this is an attempt to consume more tokens?
