Hello,

I am using CC the last two months and despite having set up my project correctly I see that CC is not following my instructions and many times it is lying and not doing the job I request. I am a Max plan user and it is very disappointing to see CC to waste tokens and not doing the work I request. Something is very wrong. It does not follow instructions and it is breading my code!!!

Should follow my instructions. I repeatedly request to follow my instructions but it did not.
It reports that it has implemented some code changes but it did not.
It is lying about results and it should not.
