Model selector in toolbar next to Plan mode button

Currently, switching models requires typing /model in the chat input. It would be great to have a model selector directly in the toolbar (next to the Plan mode button), so users can switch between sonnet/opus/haiku with a single click without interrupting the conversation flow.
