[BUG] Exit code 1 on every cowork chat on Mac OS Tahoe 16.1

What's Wrong?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the claude desktop app twice and I get Error 1 or RPC error: ensure user: user compassionate-beautiful-pascal already exists unexpectedly: uid=1144 gid=1144. I can't use cowork. Chat and code work fine. This happened with the latest update and relaunch that powered the 4.7 release. I'm worried because I have active projects that need this and I don't want to lose memory files

What Should Happen?

Claude cowork should reopen seamlessly with an update.
