[BUG] Connectors not found

Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Apr 16, 2026 by techopinno Closed May 27, 2026

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When I want to use Claude Code in a cloud environment (not local), I first have to log in to the web version for the connectors to work, and then I can continue from desktop, iPad, Android, etc. But if I log in, for example, to Claude Desktop, the connectors don't work, even though the option to activate and deactivate them appears on both desktop and Android, iPad, etc.

What Should Happen?

Logically, the connectors should work when logging in on both web and desktop and Claude apps, not just on the web

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. I have the connectors, for example, Vercel and Supabase, connected from the web.
  1. I start a new Claude Code session from the web, and it finds the connectors.
  1. I continue that same session on desktop or Android, and it still finds the connectors.
  1. I delete the current session.
  2. I create a new session from desktop or Android.
  1. I try to request something using the connectors, and it says they don't exist.
