Since the April 15, 2026 outage, sessions are hitting usage limits within 1-2 minutes of starting — before any substantive work is done. The outage left the per-session (or per-day) usage limit counter in a corrupted or partially-consumed state that is not resetting correctly. What Should Happen?

I should expect to see a more normalized rate of consutmption of tokens like i experienced on the prior days
Hypothesis:

Expected behavior:
A fresh session on Max subscription should start with a full session token budget, not a pre-exhausted one.

Error Messages/Logs
