[Bug] Token usage limits exhausted prematurely in 5-hour sessions

Bug Description
The usage limits per 5 hour sessions are reached in short time frames from 1 to 2 hours. This was not the case earlier. I do not use any openclaw or any automations. I am working simultaneously on only 3 projects right now. This has been the case earlier too. But ever since the last 2 1/2 weeks or so the limits are hit very very early in EVERY session. Today I am noticing that my WEEKLY limits are also emptying well within 4 days time. This has never happened. Let me know if there is any change in your policy or the way you are counting the tokens or if there is an issue in your harness. I no longer believe that Claude is great value for money. Please reach back.
