[BUG] Tokens maxed out post outage

What's Wrong?

I am on the Max 5x plan and unexpectedly ran out of tokens today twice when i was using it far less than previous days. Using ccusage, my token usage today was 281K tokens on OPus 4.7 and maxed out. yesterday i used 18.1M tokens also on Opus 4.7 and never maxed out. So clearly something is off.

What Should Happen?

I would expect my usage to follow the same patterns as yesterday and not max out on my plan based on light usage comparatively.
