[BUG] Bug title: “Windows desktop app opens but stays blank with no error text

What's Wrong?

OS: Windows (no VPN)
Issue: App launches but screen is blank and unresponsive, no error message shown
What you tried: Restarted app, checked for updates, and checked Event Viewer (only MSI installer and Windows App Runtime entries, no Claude crash)
Logs: Include the MSI installer and Windows App Runtime log entries you see (copy text or screenshot)

What Should Happen?

The PC app must be operable smoothly.
blank screens, App being hanged, not rendering answers must not be present.

Nothing particular.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open windows App.
2. Use claude for 2 to 3 hours. atleast 3 to 4 issues(mentioned in expected output) pop up.
