What's Wrong?

Desktop app version: 1.2773.0 (884b37)
OS: Windows 11 Pro (version: 10.0.262000 Build 26200)
Issue: Cowork tab is missing. Chat and Code are available).
Repro steps: Clean reinstall as administrator with PowerShell cleanup. No Claude folder exists in %APPDATA% or %LOCALAPPDATA%.
Expected: Cowork tab should be available on Windows, and Claude folders should be created on install.
Notes: No logs available because the app data folders were not created.

What Should Happen?

Should see the Cowork and Code tabs

No error messages or logs, because the install did not create all folders

Steps to Reproduce

Downloaded latest install on my Windows laptop
Launch app
No additional tabs, only the Chat tab

Just installed onto a new computer, no previous versions. Worked on my work computer today with the same installer.
