What's Wrong?

I'm reporting a bug where the Cowork tab does not appear in Claude Desktop despite having an active Pro subscription and meeting all requirements.

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language, Build 26100.3194 (24H2)
• Claude Desktop version: 1.3109.0.0
• Subscription: Claude Pro (active)
• Architecture: x64

Steps taken:

• Hyper-V installed manually via DISM (all components show Enabled: Microsoft-Hyper-V, Microsoft-Hyper-V-All, HypervisorPlatform, VirtualMachinePlatform)
• CoworkVMService is running (Status: Running)
• App installed via MSIX (verified via Get-AppxPackage)
• Multiple restarts performed
• Cache cleared and app reinstalled

Logs show the following repeated errors:

• cowork_vm_node.log: 'yukonSilver not supported (status=unsupported)'
• cowork-service.log: 'Failed to load vmcompute.dll: The specified module could not be found'
• cowork-service.log: 'HcnEnumerateNetworks failed with HRESULT 0x800706d9'
• main.log: 'No active account/org for marketplace operations'

The Cowork section appears correctly in Settings (with Global Instructions and Dispatch toggle), but the Cowork tab never appears in the main navigation alongside Chat.

This appears to be the same issue reported in GitHub issues #25136, #25142, and #48407, where yukonSilver incorrectly classifies the system as unsupported despite virtualization being fully enabled.

Please advise or fix in the next update.

What Should Happen?

The Cowork tab should appear in the main navigation alongside the Chat tab, allowing access to Cowork features for Pro subscribers.
