Persistent Context Compaction Preventing Workflow Completion

Question

**Bug Description**
claude code keeps compacting and i cant geet any work done. i /clear, i restart the sessions, i go to .claude/projects and delete everything. my conversation starts out with 7% max, many times 2% and drops so fast that it starts compacting and no work can get done, literally compact after compact. it never happened before the last week. any help, please? im on the ax 20x plan
