[BUG] Persistent API Connection errors preventing all work [10/27/25] THREE DAYS NOW!!!

What's Wrong?

I am continually getting "API Connection" errors in Claude Code. It is completely preventing me from getting any work done, and it has been going on non-stop since 5AM EST, 10/27/25. It is now 12:45PM EST, and there is no letup.

What Should Happen?

I need to be able to use Claude Code.
