[BUG] API ERROR 500 ON EVERY REQUEST

What's Wrong?

I'm getting API Error: 500 for every message/request to any claude code agent.

Message example: API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"req_011Ca5jh3y8y8XXXXXXXXX"}

What Should Happen?

Claude show literally respond and proceed
