[BUG] : API Error 500

What's Wrong?

For any prompt I keep getting errors like these: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":" Claude Code was working fine until about 30 minutes ago since then for nay prompt, I am getting this error.

What Should Happen?

The prompt should be executed and Claude Code should provide a response.
