[BUG] Claude Code no output while consuming 8% weekly limit

What's Wrong?

I'm using a skill as slash command with a multiline argument and claude shows "crafting", "meandering", .... for a while and nothing else. No output. After multiple minutes it stops. Still no output. 8% weekly limit consumed.

This is repeatable. Always the same.

What Should Happen?

Claude should execute the skill, display what it is doing and print the final output.
