[BUG] idle claude-code is consuming my 3% cpu usage.

What's Wrong?

When I'm running claude-code, I see my claude is consuming my 3% cpu usage.

What Should Happen?

I think when claude is idle, the cpu usage should be 0%.

Steps to Reproduce

1. launch claude-code
2. sending something
3. waiting claude-code be idle.
4. launch htop, you will see claude-code is consuming 3% cpu usage.
