[Bug] Claude Code not recognizing plan upgrade, continues using previous session limit

Bug Description
Upgraded to claude max on the browser right before reaching session limit on claude code. Running claude code did not recognize the change and started using my extra usage instead of the refreshed session limit provided by the max plan.
