[BUG] Claude desktop is not recognizing my pro account

What's Wrong?
I downloaded claude for desktop so I can try cowork and even though I am logged into my account it just takes me to the sign up page and won't recogize my pro plan. it'a active and i've done all the troubleshooting. there is no option anywhere to login.

What Should Happen?
It should give me the option to sign in or should take me to a different screen that has the buttons on the top.
