Published plugin 'DeepRead' not appearing in /plugin Discover tab after 2 weeks

Our plugin DeepRead was submitted via claude.ai/settings/plugins/submit on March 31, 2026. The submission dashboard shows status as "Published" but the plugin does not appear in:

1. /plugin → Discover tab in Claude Code
2. claude.com/plugins directory

It has been 13 days since the status changed to "Published."

What works

Expected Behavior

The plugin should appear in the Discover tab and on claude.com/plugins after being marked "Published."
