[BUG] Cowork VM base image wastes ~3.2 GB on unused firmware, snaps, and duplicate packages — leaves only ~1.1 GB for user work

What's Wrong?

• Users see disk warnings on every new session even before doing any work

What Should Happen?

A fresh Cowork session should have at least 3-4 GB of free disk space for user work, not ~1.1 GB.
