[BUG] scrolling issue when doing `/new` constantly snaps to top w/ Warp

What's Wrong?

When I do /new and clears the chat, it starts a new chat, however it constantly snaps to the top every key type and after me scrolling.

What Should Happen?

It should snap to the bottom and only clear the chat? or not constantly snap to the top.

1. use Warp Terminal.
2. do some working then do /new
