[Feature Request] Add non-interrupting custom commands for tracking tasks and bugs during sessions

Enhancement Description
I love the /btw feature. I'd love the ability to create commands that don't interrupt the session. My main usecase would be to add a /todo command and a /bug command that tracks things I've seen while reviewing code. This would help me be more efficient while working in claude-code.
