[BUG] Tasks interrupting prematurely with no error message

Environment

• Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04
• Terminal: Webstorm Console

Bug Description

After any task, it goes through the steps and abruptly stops without even finishing one sub task. No error message is thrown that is visible. Seems like the agentic loop dies off.

Expected Behavior

The tool should have kept going until task was finished or manually stopped.

Actual Behavior

IT would stop running without a reason
