[Bug] Paid Claude Max subscription not visible on claude.ai web despite active CLI authentication

Bug Description
Title: Duplicate account lockout — paid Max not visible on claude.ai web

▎ Body: Not a Claude Code bug per se — reporting through this channel because support emails haven't
▎ received a response and the authenticated CLI session is my only proof that the paid account exists.
▎ I'm being billed for Max, Claude Code CLI works correctly against my paid plan, but claude.ai web shows
▎ sowersv@gmail.com as free tier. Cannot reach Connectors or account settings on web. Reques
