[BUG] Desktop App Worked, Then Crashed, Reinstalled, Wont OPEN

What's Wrong?

Claude Codes Windows Desktop Application was perfectly fine, then it crashed and I had to uninstall and reinstall, now it wont open at all, just returns an error that says: "Claude Desktop failed to launch.
Please check for updates and try again. If the issue persists, contact support at support.claude.com"
I then went to trouble shooting, even Claude's Support chat couldn't understand. So it finally sent me here.

What Should Happen?

It should open, I uninstalled and redownloaded the version right from the site.

Error Messages/Logs

"Claude Desktop failed to launch.
Please check for updates and try again. If the issue persists, contact support at support.claude.com"

Steps to Reproduce

Download claude desktop setup .exe file.
Then Observe error?

There isnt a logical reason this is occurring so I don't know how to replicate.

Sorry, That may be the wrong version number, I remember it had a 6, 1, and 7, in it. If i could open the app I would be able to see the version, but I also wouldn't be submitting this bug either so.
