[BUG] Claude Code crashed

What's Wrong?

I keep getting this error popup using claude code via the desktop app in windows.

What Should Happen?

Claude should not show this everytime I prompt or using claude code.

When I clicked the details

it just says "Claude Code process exited with code 3"

Steps to Reproduce

1. I just put simple prompt in the claude code chat and it always appears.
