[FEATURE] Add a /discuss mode for discussion only

Problem Statement

I discuss a lot with claude and everytime I need to, I start with 'Discussion only -' and then put my thoughts or query in.

Proposed Solution

On Claude CLI, If you coulld provide a /discuss mode where a user can discuss with Claude instead of making any changes, that would help.
