[FEATURE] Findings panel: add a "Discuss / plan fix" action that attaches the finding as context
Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing requests and this feature hasn't been requested yet
- [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)
Problem Statement
In the desktop app's /code-review findings panel, the only action on a finding is "Fix this one". I can't see how Claude plans to fix it before it edits files. To revise the approach I have to describe the finding in chat ("the issue in file X on line Y") and hope Claude matches it to the right finding. The panel already has the file, line, summary and failure scenario, but none of that carries over into the conversation.
Proposed Solution
Add a "Discuss" (or "Plan fix") button on each finding. Clicking it:
Posts a message in the session with that finding attached as explicit context (file, line, summary, failure scenario).
Has Claude reply with a detailed fix plan covering what it will change, where, and any side effects.
Lets me reply with revisions ("also do X", "don't touch Y") before anything is applied.
Applies the final plan via "Fix this one".
Alternative Solutions
Typing the file and line into chat by hand. This is error-prone, and Claude has to guess which finding I mean.

Medium - Would be very helpful

Additional Context
Desktop app, Code tab, findings panel opened from /code-review (Finding 5 of 10 view, with the "Apply fixes" and "Dismiss" buttons). I searched the existing issues for "findings" and "code review" and found no similar request.
