[Feature Request] Reduce verbosity of output after decision points and queries

Bug Description
whatever recent changed happens, the amount of text that is being given to me after each decision point or question is almost overwhelming - it is a ton to read and way more than i'm used to have more than a year of using claude code. probably want to find a way to tighten that up
