[Feature Request] Add response length control to limit verbosity for simple queries

Question

**Bug Description**
For simple questions, we want simple answers. I don't want the LLM to give me a page or half a page or two pages worth of details, and I am lost reading all the details. This is my problem: more often than not, I get irrelevant details that are not even associated with my questions.
